Dozer, Backhoe & Trencher Rental in Baton Rouge
Dozers for clearing and grading, backhoe loaders for dig-and-load jobs, and trenchers for long, clean utility trenches.
Land clearing, house pads, driveways, pond work and drainage are everyday jobs around Baton Rouge, Livingston and Ascension parishes. A dozer pushes and grades; a backhoe loader digs on one end and loads on the other; a trencher cuts narrow, consistent trenches fast.
Louisiana law requires a Louisiana 811 notice at least 48 and no more than 120 hours before digging (excluding weekends and listed holidays).
Louisiana legal limits are 102 inches wide and 13 ft 6 in high (14 ft on interstates); loads over that need a LA DOTD oversize permit.

Frequently asked questions
Dozer or skid steer for clearing?
Small clearing and cleanup often suit a track loader with a mulcher or grapple; bigger clearing and pad building usually need a dozer.
